If you write to us or call us directly, we keep the information you give us in order to deal with your request.
Like any website, the server that hosts the site may record technical connection data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed).
We use this information only to reply to your request, never to send newsletters.
The information entered in the form is sent by email to MD Carrelage. It is seen by the team that handles quote requests and by the technical providers strictly necessary to run the site (site host: Agence des médias numérique, AMEN; email service: Squarespace).

Contact and quote requests that did not lead to a job are kept for 3 years from our last contact. Documents relating to a completed job (signed quote, invoice) are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability for the information you have provided to us. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@mdcarrelage.com or by post to the address given above. We will reply within one month. We may ask you for proof of identity where there is any doubt.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
We may update this policy, for example if the site changes. The date of the last update is shown below.
